Model T - New Model!
A game changer for zonal attack and defence. The Model T was designed with enhanced comfort and defensive ability in mind. Catering for athletes up to 110kg this design retains the hull and tail of the Model X, with a new nose design perfectly designed for hard work in the zone. New improvements to construction also improve the build of the boat offering one of the stiffest and most durable boats on the market.
Model X
Quickly becoming one of the most popular polo kayaks in Europe, and like other Next-Gen polo kayaks, the Model X is characterised by a pointy, easy-to-manoeuvre bow and a wide, flat, yet voluminous stern. As a result, the Model X shares the handling characteristics that come with it. The stern has a fairly flat profile which makes the boat easy to turn. Since there is plenty of volume in the stern as well, it’ll come out of the turn with a nice push in the back, which makes picking up speed a breeze. Furthermore, it enables the boat to stay on top of the water whilst sprinting, yielding excellent top speed. The pointy bow is easy to manoeuvre with subtle movement. It allows easy diving, yet has enough volume to lift your opponent out of the water; blocking is made easy!
The Ultimate (±11 kg) construction is seamless, making for great durability!
The boat does come with a black Kevlar strap around the side, this is only to further reduce wear and tear, making sure your Model X looks great for longer! The Connect Model X has an adjustable seat, so you’ll be able to tune it to your preference easily. The boat comes equipped with seat, bumpers and footrests.
The Model X was developed in close collaboration with Christophe and Patrice Belat, who’ve won the French National Championship and the European Club Championship multiple times with their team Montpellier. Both have also enjoyed many successes such as European and World Championships with French National team. If that doesn‘t give confidence that the Model is a great kayak, we don‘t know what does.

Orders are placed with Connect Kayaks Australia
Manufacturing orders are placed with Portugal in April each year*
Boats are then manufactured over our winter
Pictures and videos of your build will be forwarded once manufacturing is completed and before shipping for confirmation that the boat meets your specs.
Boats are then shipped to Melbourne, Australia arriving for the start of Spring. Delivery of your boat can then be organised via local pickup, drop off at an upcoming competition, or forwarding to a kayak courier if required.
